General cancellation conditions:
up to 1 month prior arrival free
up to 2 weeks prior arrival 40 % cancellation fee
up to 1 week prior arrival 70 % cancellation fee
7 to 1 days prior arrival 90 %
no-show, late arrival or early departure 100 %
General booking information:
Your reservation is guaranteed after we received the advance payment of 30 % of total amount within 10 days after your booking. We kindly ask you to transfer the advance payment free of costs to our bank account. Alternatively, the advance payment can be debited directly from your credit card. Therefore, we need your credit card number and the validity date by phone. We accept Visa or Mastercard. The outstanding payment will be occurred when you leave our apartment house either in cash, with your cash card or by Visa or Mastercard.
We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our apartment house.
Check-in: from 02.00 p.m. (on request also earlier possible)
Check-out: until 10.00 a.m.
Please notice, that from 1st of November until 15th of April winter tyres are required. If the roads are snow-covered, snow chains are required.
The local tourism tax as well as the final cleaning are not included in the prices.
